The California School Boards Association is proud to announce an extension of our partnership and collaboration with The TDS Group, which has been in existence since 1995. THE TDS GROUP, INC. NAMES NEW CHAIRMAN AND CEO
June 15, 2009 - Citrus Heights, California

The TDS Group, Inc. announced today that Robert Lotter has been named Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Current CEO and Founder, Mr. Alonzo Wickers, has decided to retire after 25 years and will remain as a consultant during the transition period.

Mr. Lotter brings a wealth of industry and technology experience to The TDS Group. As an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, he has spent over 20 years developing quality business practices for the financial services industry. A well-known advocate of child safety, Lotter has appeared on numerous local and national media to discuss the safety concerns surrounding cell phone use by teens and pre-teens. His mobile phone technology has been used by law enforcement agencies around the country to arrest over 100 child predators who use untraceable text messages to reach out to their young victims. Loy Douglas Holt remains as President with a new management team including a new Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer to be named soon.
